Planning & Research Fee

A non-refundable planning and research fee of $150 is required prior to any itinerary development, quote preparation, or destination recommendations. This fee secures your consultation and grants access to our planning services.

Planning Tier Fees

Additional fees based on group size and service scope will be charged after the initial consultation. These fees are as follows:

Inked Essentials Escape - $275
Essentials Ink - $350
Signature Ink - $500
Luxury Ink - $750
Elite Ink Experience - $1,150
Executive Ink - $600
All-Inclusive Resort Planning - $350
Cruise Planning - $200

Additional Fees

Extra Destinations: A fee of $25 applies for each additional destination outside the selected tier.
Airfare for Cruise Trips: Booking airfare for cruise itineraries incurs an additional $75 charge.

Services*

Note: A non-refundable planning fee of $150 is required. If a trip is booked, this amount will be credited toward the applicable tier fee. In the event no booking occurs or the trip is canceled for any reason, the planning fee shall remain non-refundable.

Agreement Terms

Client understands and agrees that no travel research or bookings will be conducted without the $150 planning fee.
Client agrees that all planning fees (initial and tier-based) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Heart Ink Travel.
Client acknowledges the planning fee covers destination research, supplier coordination, custom itinerary design, and consultation time.
Once the final itinerary is approved and booking is confirmed, client will receive invoices based on selected tier and payment plan.
Heart Ink Travel is not responsible for airline cancellations, weather events, or travel restrictions beyond our control.
Research Planning Fee Credit: If the client completes a booking with Heart Ink Travel, the initial $150 planning fee will be applied as a credit to the final invoice. If no booking is made within 15 days of proposal delivery, the planning fee is retained by Heart Ink Travel as compensation for professional services rendered.
