Inked Essentials Escape (1–4 Travelers): This package includes one discovery call or intake review, research on one destinations. You’ll receive a custom itinerary proposal tailored to your preferences, plus one revision if needed. Heart Ink will assist in booking hotels, transfers, and excursions, and you’ll receive our exclusive Trip Tips Guide. Additional destinations can be quoted for $25 each.

Essentials Ink (5–10 Travelers): In addition to all services provided in the Inked Essentials Escape, this tier includes group intake coordination, branded welcome materials or flyers, and up to one itinerary revisions. Email support is available for up to 8 weeks pre-trip. Includes quote for one destinations, with $25 per additional destination.

Signature Ink (11–25 Travelers): This elevated service includes everything in the Essentials Ink tier, plus a Zoom orientation session, payment proposal assistance for group, group communications support, and tailored gift for group. You’ll receive quotes from two preferred suppliers for one destinations Additional destinations may be added for $25 each.

Luxury Ink (26–50 Travelers): A full concierge-level experience, this tier includes a dedicated itinerary writer, quote comparisons, and vendor negotiations. VIP welcome kits and branded travel documents are provided, along with on-call support for real-time coordination. It covers up to two destination options and up to three itinerary revisions, with $25 per additional quote.

Elite Ink Experience (51+ Travelers): Designed for large-scale events or buyouts, this tier offers fully customized group travel planning. You’ll receive app access, on-site logistics prep, private webinars, and extended concierge support. It includes up to three destination quotes, and $25 per extra destination request.

Executive Ink (Corporate/Business Travel): For corporate groups and business travel, this package offers one-on-one itinerary design, policy-aligned hotel and air coordination, and flexible invoicing. Includes up to two destination options. Additional destinations may be added for $25 each.

All-Inclusive Resort Planning: Clients will receive up to two resort options based on preferences, budget, and location. Planning includes access to exclusive group rates, assistance with airport transfers, payment schedules, and optional activities. Itinerary delivery is included with Signature tier and above. Add-on: booking airfare for all-inclusive trips is included, and $25 per extra destination request.

Cruise Planning: Clients will receive up to three cruise itinerary quotes for three cruise carriers, port and ship comparisons, and assistance selecting staterooms, excursions, pre/post transportation to port, and pre/post-night stays. Includes cruise group contract support when applicable. An extra $75 fee applies if Heart Ink books airfare to align with cruise travel.
